Fine crystal of gem Aquamarine. Specimen from Shigar Valley, Northwest Frontier, Pakistan. Specimen size is 1.4 cm (9/16") wide by 1.1 cm (7/16") deep by 2.8 cm (1-1/8") high. In the picture you can see a thin line of yellow. This is aged Elmer's glue. The specimen appearetly popped out of the Silicon glue. The specimen is now free of glue as seen in middle picture. stand. Weigh is 70.85 carats or 14.17 grams of natural light blue green Aquamarine.
