Fine carving in ANGELITE ( Massive Anhydrite ) of blue-gray color. Carving is of a Omnivore, the Northern South America Cichlid, possible " Heros Severum" . Swimming over a bed of fine Peruvian Pyrite and Quartz that gives it extra sparkle. Price is low due a few fine scratches on surface of carving seen as white lines not seen here. What appears as a line is actual natural joint line. Mounted on brass pin, the carving is movable on the Quartz and Pyrite surface. Curved in Peru out of unusual massive Anhydrite ( a salt ) known as Angelite due to its soft nature care is required for display. Another uncommon item. Item FIH002
