This is another pale pasel green gem, but wider specimen that is half green and half transparent. The colorless part is known as "achroite". This specimen is 4 cm (3/16") wide by 1.1 cm (7/16") long. From Paig Mountains, Paprok, Konar ( Kunar, Konarh, Konarha ) Nuristan Province, Afghanistan. These came out of one large pocket back in 1993 -1994 and no more have been found since to my knowlege.This is cutting material saved from the saw. Original $50.00 Reduced $35.00
